The very nice lady at the reception who offered us moscito spray when we had to sleep with the window open because of poor air conditioning. She also helped us with directions for buying a stroller for the baby. Great location.
Not as described on booking site. Disappointing. The only window in the apartment was facing a narrow air supply, with a nasty smell.

The location was excellent. Very central to all the major sites of Florence! We were there w/ my parents and my 18 month old son, and my older parents had no problem walking the distances to each major attraction, and it was no problem with a baby stroller either. The building has an elevator, which was great, since our apartment was on the 3rd floor. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom, and to our surprise, there were also 2 bathrooms. It was very large, with high ceilings, a full kitchen, and plenty of room for our baby to play and us to spread out. Beds were comfortable, and apartment was very clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room (a whole loaf of bread, butter, jam, a box of cereal, juice, milk, and a package of sliced ham and sliced cheese). There was a toaster, so that was good for toast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.
The hotel staff were not very friendly. They seemed distracted and not overly welcoming when we arrived. Our room wasn't ready until 5pm, even though the website said check in was anytime after 12:00. It worked out since we wanted to sight-see anyways, but if we really needed access to the room earlier, that would have been an issue. The street below the apartment was also noisy from bars or restaurants nearby and the windows are not very sound proof. If you bring earplugs or are a heavy sleeper, no problem, but the noise did keep some of us awake. The hotel is also in an area of pedestrian only, unless you have a special permit to drive within that zone. We didn't know that until we arrived in our car, so thankfully, we didn't get stopped by the traffic police, but I think if you plan to drive, you need to give the hotel your car information ahead of time, so they can get you some type of pass. Overall, would still definitely recommend the hotel for friends traveling together or families.

Great location close to the center, which is a big plus! Our room was a good size with the bonus of having a terrace and a TV 🌟.

There was lots of space for the six of us to spread out. It had two bathrooms. It was in a nice location. It was nice to have a kitchen. They provided breakfast but it was nothing special and some days was better than others.
We asked for a quiet room...since it is located over a bar and had heard it could be noisy. We were placed on the first floor and it was still very noisy. i think it would have been better to be on the third floor. Some of the staff was helpful and others didn't seem to care. There was a bad odor in the bathroom....it didn't smell clean.

In central Florence, this is a very spacious apartment with views over the city. We stayed there with our four children (2 in a double bed, 2 on a sofa-bed). Lots of space. Friendly staff. Well equipped kitchen so you can eat in.

Everything was great. The apartment was really big and confortable.
The Internet access is really difficult, and it just does not work. We did not have this problem, but there should really be an emergency number one can call if arriving late. Even if it will cost extra. It is needed.
